• Pour only water into the tank.
• The appliance must be used on a stable surface.
• Do not use the appliance if there are visible sings of damage
or if it is leaking.
• Avoid any contact between the cable and the hot parts.
• Do not leave it unattended while in use.
• Don't allow children play with the appliance. Keep the
appliance out of the reach of children.
• VERY IMPORTANT: Never immerse the main body
in water or any other liquid.
• Do not use it near of heating areas.
• Do not use it in a microwave.
• Do not touch the hot surfaces. Always use the handles when
manipulating the accessories.
• Lift and open the cover carefully to avoid scalding. The steam
can burn.
• Do not move the appliance when functioning.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Unplug from the mains when not in use.
• This appliance has been designed for domestic use only.
• The cleaning and maintenance done by users, can not be
done by children without any supervision, unless they are
over 8 years and they are under supervision.
• If the cable were to deteriorate it must be changed by an
Authorised Service Centre.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
IMPORTANT: Before using the appliance, you must be always sure, that the cover (7) is
placed.
• Pour water into the tank (9). You can pour water directly in the tank but please do not go over
the "MAX FILL" indication showed inside the tank or if you have placed the bowls you also can
pour water by the water filling areas (10), in this case do not go over the MAX level indication
(11). Please remember that you only must fill the tank with water.
• Place in the tank the juice collector tray (6) and over this tray the lower steam tray (5). This tray
has indicated the number "1" in its handle. Next place the separator (4) and over this separator
the upper steam tray (3), with the number "2" showed in its handle and finally the lid (1). Please
have in mind the lid has oval shape. Place the lid over the steam tray and turn it to leave it correctly
fixed.
• If you are going to cook using both steam trays, place the food with the longest cooking time in
the lower steaming bowl (5).
