CONNECTING THE MR24
In order to connect this module, you should follow the steps indicated on the figure of the next page:
Assign the zone which needs power supply in each section of the module (marked as ZONE A, B, C or D), with the jumpers
marked with nr. 1. For example: Suppose that in an installation with 5 zones, you need to power the relays of three
different zones (1, 2 and 4), so you have to place three jumpers in positions J105, J118 and J132, one in each section,
letting zone D free of jumpers.
ATTENTION: Each zone A,B,C,D of the MR24 can only be assigned to one zone of the installation.
Connect the following linking cables between the front and back panel of the module
Plug the two cables from the power supply input into the connectors found above the ON/OFF switch on the front
panel (both marked with nr. 2)
Plug the two cables marked as TS101 and TS102 into the connectors found above the ON/OFF switch on the front
panel (both marked with nr. 3)
Connect the voltage output of the 220/240 transformer to the cable marked with nr.4
Connect the transformer to the connectors J101 on the front panel with the cable indicated with nr.5.
Finally, connect J107 and J104 as indicated with nr. 6
Insert and screw the module and the chassis together in the front and back panels.
Connect the data buses (Flat 10- and 20-way cables) to the connectors marked with nr.7 in the figure on next page.
When switching on an ENVIRO system, you should also switch on every MR24 module installed.

MODULE TO POWER EXTERNAL RELAYS
DESCRIPTION
This module activates a relay that disables the individual attenuators of each room in case
of receiving a message. In installations where the attenuators are accessible to the user
(for example the attenuators found in a conference room, a hotel room, etc.), if the BGM is
fully attenuated, alarms and spoken messages won't be heard either.
This module can control up to 100 relays (current consumption 20 mA each relay) and
distribute them to four different zones.
