Frame
Platform TM440 is made with a strong 3 x 80 mm
aluminium frame that has a great loading capacity (alloy:
EN-AW 6082 T6 according to UNE-EN573)
Its multi-purpose, continuous rail design, makes attaching
a wide range of accessories, like handrails, access staircase
or linings an ever easier task. It also guarantees a quick
and easy joining of the platforms.
Note: this frame and panel set can also be sold separately.
Its reference would be MCT440
Panel
Platforms TM440 are equipped with a 21 mm thick panel,
made with 15 plies of 100% birch plywood that are stuck
with a phenol coating that has fire resistant
proof properties. This panel is specially made for those
events where anti-slipping properties, together with a great
resistance to wear, are required. The fact that is made with
multiple plies of specially hard birch wood, guarantees a
compact and resistant panel.
This panel has been through fire resistant and water
repellent treatments, as well as treatments against most
used chemical products. These features guarantee the
highest resistance and long-life span for either outdoors or
indoors usage.
The panel we include is made according to the following
standards:
SFS 2415 / type EXT
BS 6566 part 8 / type WBP
DIN 68705 part 3 / type BFU 100
EN 314-2 / type EXT
In order to make this panel even safer and long-lasting, all
its corners have been sealed with acrylic paint (according to
BFU 100) to further repel water. This strengthened, multi-
plies panel is attached to the frame in order to reduce
noises and vibrations.
Joining systems
Each Platform TM440 is sold with the three joining systems
needed for joining them together.
TMU-09, one unit included per platform. It joins platforms
through their profile using an allen key.
Note: Only for Platforms standing at the same height.

Telescopic legs
TM440 Platform is provided with a quick and easy
attachment of the legs; square
with a M10 metallic pressure knob.
Telescopic
legs
are
aluminium (Alloy: EN-AW 6082 T6 tested
the security norm UNE-EN573) and are composed of an
external square profile of 50 x 50 mm by 3 mm thick and
an inner
specially designed profile of 42,5 x 42,5 mm by
3,5 mm thick.
Its telescopic system makes possible to obtain different
heights with just one set of legs. Legs height is locked
with a double safety system. By means of a M10 metallic
pressure knob, the legs height is adjusted and locked and
as an added safety measure, legs are blocked with a M10
bolt, firmly fixing them at the desired height.
They are fitted with a rubber ending in order to stop the
platforms from slipping and thus
adjustment to all
surfaces.
We
have
also
designed
platforms, as an additional accessory to
platforms, providing them with greater resistance and
guaranteeing a perfect stability. We recommend them for
platforms over 1,00 m high. There are sets of legs with
castors available, for an easy manoeuvrability ref. PCR/A.
Note: TM440 Platforms with fixed height legs are also
available under request.
