12. Troubleshooting
1). Failure to start:
·Check the power of battery;
·Check the power adapter again;
·If it still fails to start after charge，please contact our customer service center.
2) No voice in the earphone
·Please check the volume is 0 or not;
·Please check the connection of the earphone.
3). Serious noise
·Please check whether the earphone's pin is dirty or not，as the disorders could cause
noise.
·Please check whether the music file is broken or not. You could try to play another
music file. If the file is damaged, it could cause serious noise or pause.
