Safety Tips

remove any components or service panels on this product

• DO NOT use jet/pressure washers to clean the appliance
• DO NOT use the appliance outside
• DO NOT allow oil or fat to come into contact with the plastic components. Clean immediately if contact
occurs
• DO NOT store products on top of the appliance
• Always switch off and disconnect the power supply to the unit before cleaning
• Keep all packaging away from children. Dispose of the packaging in accordance with the regulations of
local authorities
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a BUFFALO agent or a recommended qualified
technician in order to avoid a hazard

Installation
Open the box and remove all packaging and protective covering from the unit and parts. Do not throw
away the packaging until you have checked to see that the appliance works properly.
Operation
Place the Fryer on a stable, flat, hard surface, avoiding any direct sources of heat or moisture.
There should be a gap or space of at least 30cms around the product sides and rear.
Before using the Fryer for the first time we recommend that the Oil Container and Basket are cleaned and
thoroughly dried.
When the Container, Basket and Heating Unit have been assembled, fill the Container with oil to a point
between the Min and Max markings. Do not fill with oil above the Max marking as this could cause oil to
overflow from the Container.
Connect the unit to the electricity supply by inserting the plug in the correct socket type. When the power
