FITTING THE BURNER
1. Remove the burner chamber plate.
2. Fit the BG 2000-S burner.
3. Insert the burner connector in the boiler socket.
4. Connect the gas to the burner, vent the air and test for gas leaks.
5. Start up the boiler.

SETTING PROCEDURE IN CASE OF REPLACEMENT
FAN ROTATION SPEED
• Remove the green protective disk
• Remove the cover protecting the fan blades.
• Using a stroboscope (or any other suitable instrument) measure the rotation speed of the fan attached to the
motor shaft
; adjust the fan speed to the value given in the setting parameter table by turning

• Measure burner combustion using an electronic flue gas analyser.
