5. OPERATION
Before commissioning the machine: press the blades to check whether the blades are
tensioned. If necessary, tension the blades. See the placement of the blades.

Unlock the emergency stop if necessary.
Turn the machine on.
Also activate the regulator for the conveyor speed, if it is at the minimum the conveyor will
not move.
Check whether the conveyor belt is slipping or skewed.
Tighten the tensioning bolts on both sides of the conveyor to give the conveyor belt the
correct tension.
If the conveyor belt derives to the left, adjust the bolt on the left hand side.
If the conveyor belt derives to the right, adjust the bolt on the right hand side.
