Throttle lever

The throttle lever controls the engine speed.
Operate the throttle lever to run the blower.

Throttle cruise control lever

Moving the throttle cruise control lever to the FAST position keeps the
engine speed at FAST. Holding the throttle cruise control lever at the
SLOW position allows you to control the engine speed using the
throttle lever.
