Assembly of front wheel
STEP 1: Unscrew the front axle using the hexagonal screwdriver and pull it
entirely out the front fork. If needed push axle from the opposite side.
STEP 2: The front wheel comes pre-assembled with bearing cups, bearings and
bushings in the correct order. In case these parts fell out, make sure everything is
assembled in the right order again on both sides of the wheel.
Insert the hexagonal nut into the hexagonal hole of the front fork.
Make sure to NOT insert the HEXAGONAL nut into the ROUND hole.
STEP 3: Place the wheel in the fork with the CHILLAFISH logo facing to the front
and insert the axle through the fork. Secure the bolt.
