Slide the adjustable comb (6 or 7) into the guiding grooves of the
appliance until it clicks into place [Fig. C1].
•
Ensure that the comb (6 or 7) slides properly into the grooves on
both sides.
•
Once the adjustable comb (6 and 7) is attached, the appliance has
12 different hair length settings:
•
Set the comb (6 or 7) to the desired length by pressing the
adjustment button (8) and sliding it to the desired length setting
[Fig. C2].
•
Switch the appliance on by pressing the O/I button (3). Always
switch the appliance off when not in use.

USEFUL RECOMMENDATIONS

•
Start with the highest setting of the adjustable comb and gradually
decrease it until you have the desired hair length.
•
To achieve the best result, move the appliance against the direction
of hair growth.
•
Move the appliance in different directions (upwards, downwards
and sideways) because not all hair grows in the same direction.
•
If a lot of hair has accumulated in the adjustable comb (6 or 7),
remove the latter from the appliance and blow and/or shake the
hair out.
•
Make a note of the hair length settings used to create a certain
style, as a reminder for future sessions.
USE WITHOUT THE ADjUSTAbLE COMb (6 OR 7)
If you wish, the appliance can be used without the adjustable comb
(6 or 7) to trim hair very close to the skin (0.7mm) or shape the nape
of the neck and the area around the ears.
Warning:
When you use the appliance without the adjustable comb (6
or 7), it will cut very close to the scalp.

To remove the adjustable comb (6 or 7), press the adjustment button
