The Wake Up Clock is designed in Denmark by Jacob Jensen,
whose products have gained international recognition for
their original, simple and classic design . Jacob Jensen has
received around 100 prizes from around the world and has
19 products included in The Design Study Collection and The
Design Collection of The Museum of Modern Art in New York .
The JACOB JENSEN Wake Up Clock is equipped with alarm,

snooze function, a back-light for the display and a key lock .
Installing and replacing batteries
The Wake Up Clock requires 2 "AAA" batteries (included in
the battery compartment) . Follow these steps to install or
replace the batteries:
1 . Open the battery-cover on the back of the Wake Up Clock .
2 . Mount the batteries as indicated by the polarity symbols
(+/-) marked inside the battery compartment .
3 . Replace the battery-cover .
NOTE:
1 . When you install or replace batteries both the time and
the alarm have to be re-set .
2 . When the display starts to go dim it is time to replace the
batteries .

How to read the display
On the illustration below the time is 04:05 a .m . or 04:05 p .m .

Setting time

When the batteries are installed a sound will indicate that
the Wake Up Clock is active .
1 . Press the TIME SET V button for a few seconds until the
flashing centre circle disappears .
2 . Release the TIME SET

Press TIME SET V again or V ALARM SET until the correct
time setting is obtained .
3 . Pressing the TIME SET
V ALARM SET deducts time . Push and hold the button for
quick scrolling . Push momentarily for adding or deducting
time by one minute .
4 . NOTICE: When the correct time is obtained leave the Wake
Up Clock without touching any buttons . After a few seconds
the Wake Up Clock starts automatically and the inner circle
flashes once every second .
