Galaxy Dimension Quick User Guide
Welcome to the Galaxy Dimension Integrated Security System. This document is a quick guide to the common
functions that you need to know in order to use the system to protect your property.

Setting and Unsetting the
System
How to Set the System
Note:
Ensure that all the areas protected by
movement detectors are free from
obstructions and all the doors and
windows are secured.
To full set the system, key in a valid Personal
Identification Number (PIN) followed by A >. Then
exit the building.
To part set the system, key in a valid PIN followed
by < B. Then exit the building or area.
Alternatively present a valid prox tag at a proximity
reader for 3 seconds. This will activate the prox tag's
full set or part set function. Then exit the building
or area.
If an alarm, fault or tamper is present on the
keypad's Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) it must be
overridden before setting the system. Refer to the

How to Unset the System
To unset the system, key in a valid PIN followed by
ent.
Alternatively present a valid prox tag at a proximity
reader.
Setting the System for Groups
If group choice is assigned to the user's PIN, press
the relative number keys followed by ent to select
the groups to be set or unset.
Alarms, Faults and Tampers
Cancelling
To cancel an alarm, fault or tamper, key in a valid
PIN followed by ent.
Alternatively to cancel an alarm, fault or tamper,
present a valid prox tag at a proximity reader.
Resetting
After an alarm, fault or tamper has occurred the
system must be reset. To reset the system:

Clear the cause of the alarm, fault or
tamper.
2.
Key in a valid PIN followed by ent or
present a valid prox tag at a proximity
reader (cancelling the alarm, fault or
tamper condition).
3.
View the alarm, fault or tamper
conditions on the keypad's LCD. If there
is more than one condition press the A >
key to scroll through them.
