11. Warranty

The thermopress 400 comes with a 1-year warranty.
Anyone wishing to make use of the warranty service must be in possession of the original receipt from the specialist shop.
Warranty services do not result in an extension of the warranty!
Faults and consequences that can be attributed to improper treatment, cleaning, maintenance and natural wear are excluded from the warranty.
Any modifications or repairs to the device and its components must only be carried out by bredent or by third parties with express authorisation (certification) to
carry out such work, and those modifications or repairs must be carried out in line with legal engineering practice.
Failure to comply with the above will result in the invalidation of the warranty!
The product must only be used by trained experts. Only original tools and parts are to be used for machining.
The serial numbers for all parts used must be documented to ensure traceability and help deal with any complaints.
The operation and maintenance instructions reflect the current state of the art and our own experiences. The product may only be used for the indications
described in point 4.

The information contained in these instructions for use is always updated in line with the latest results and experiences.
We therefore recommend reading the instructions for use prior to using a new device.
The user is responsible for how the product is used. No liability is accepted for defective results, since bredent has no influence on subsequent workmanship. Any
claims for compensation may only be based on the product value.
