Troubleshooting

AwoX StriimLIGHT WiFi is not listed as an available source
or the device is grayed-out in the Zones list.

Press the reset button on the device for five seconds to
erase any previous configuration settings and re-run
the setup Wizard.
I can connect to my StriimLIGHT, but Internet Radio
doesn't list any available stations.

Check to make sure that your home Internet
connection is working properly.
I created a zone with two StriimLIGHT WiFi Color devices,
but sometimes the sound is not synchronized between
them.

When first getting started, or if the Striim CONTROL
application is refreshing settings, the speakers may
become temporarily unsynchronized. They will
automatically get back in sync after a few moments.
