opening or closing the product.

Do not operate an open flame
device (e.g. garden oven or grill)
under or close to the product.
Assembly
Assembling / disassembling
the parasol (see Fig. A)
Note: For assembly you will need a working
space at least 2 m in diameter.
Note: If possible have a second person help you
with the assembly.
Follow these steps:
1. Unpack the parasol carefully.
2. Insert the top pole

Note: Ensure that the end of the top pole
penetrates at least 10 cm into the bottom pole

4. Place the parasol in a suitable parasol stand
(not contained in delivery).
Note: Always comply with the safety and
operating instructions of the manufacturer.
Note: Ensure that the parasol base has a
minimum weight of approx. 25 kg. The bottom

must penetrate at least 40 cm into the

parasol base. Non-observance of this advice
could cause the parasol to overturn, resulting in
injury and /or damage. A parasol base is not
included.
5. When disassembling the parasol, follow the
instructions in reversed order.

Cleaning and storage
Clean the product using a slightly moist, fluff-

free cloth. For more stubborn dirt you may also
apply a weak soap solution to the cloth.
Do not use chemical cleaners, scouring agents

or sharp objects for cleaning the device,
otherwise the product could be damaged.
Store the product in a cool, dry place over the
¾
winter.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of
recyclable materials, which you may
dispose at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for
more details of how to dispose of your worn-out
product.
