1. WARNING: Do not use the CoZee Bedside Crib when the child can sit or kneel or pull itself up.
2. WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious injury or death.
Always follow assembly instructions for each product use mode (bedside sleeper & crib).
3. WARNING: Entrapment Hazard—To prevent death from entrapment, bedside sleeper must
be properly secured to adult bed using the attachment straps.
a) There must be no more than ½ in. (13 mm) gap between bedside sleeper and adult bed.
b) Check tightness before each use by pulling bedside sleeper in a direction away from
adult bed.
c) If gap exceeds ½ in. (13 mm), DO NOT use product. Do not fill the gap with pillows, blankets
or other items that are suffocation hazards.
4. WARNING: Always use ALL required parts for each use mode. Check instruction manual for a list
of required parts. Periodically check product for loose, damaged, or missing parts.
5. WARNING: To avoid death from the infant's neck being caught on the top rail on the side that is
next to the adult bed, the top rail must be no higher than the adult bed mattress. ALWAYS raise
the side when not fastened to the adult bed.
6. WARNING: The 2 attachment straps must always be used in bedside sleeper mode
7. WARNING: The crib should only be used with an inner lining attached
8. WARNING: The maximum mattress thickness should be no higher than the line marked on the
inside of the crib
9. WARNING: The CoZee Bedside Crib should be placed on a horizontal floor; Young children should
not be allowed to play unsupervised in the vicinity of the CoZee Bedside Crib.
10. WARNING: Always read and follow assembly instructions for each product use mode (bedside
sleeper & crib). Assemble product according to manufacturer's instructions for ANY use mode
bedside sleeper as well as the crib modes.
11. WARNING: DO NOT use the CoZee Bedside Crib if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken,
torn or missing. Contact Tutti Bambini for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed.
DO NOT substitute parts.
12. WARNING: Be aware of the risk of open fires and other sources of strong heat, such as electric
bar fires, gas fires, etc. in the near vicinity of the CoZee Bedside Crib.
13. WARNING: Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child's
neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over a crib or attach strings
to toys.
14. WARNING: The CoZee Bedside Crib is designed for use only with adult beds that are between
43 and 58 cm from floor to top of adult mattress. The product should not be used as a bedside crib
outside of this guide height.
15. WARNING: The CoZee Bedside Crib is designed to provide a sleeping area for an infant until he
or she begins to push up on hands and knees or approximately 5 months of age. Move your
child to another sleeping product when your child reaches this stage.
16. WARNING: The CoZee Bedside Crib cannot be used with the following bed frames: folding beds,
sofa beds, guest beds, high sleeper beds, low floor beds with ledge frames, futon beds, antique
beds and water beds.
