5. INSTALLATION AND CONNECTIONS
5.1. AC mains connection
Please, make sure that AC mains coincides with equipment voltage requirements.
Use the included power cord to connect the equipment to AC mains.
For your own safety never disconnect or disable the grounding of any equipment.
If the outlet doesn't have ground connector, you must use an adapter to ground the third cable
properly. In order to prevent electrocution or fire, make always sure that the amplifier and all
associated equipments are properly grounded.
A blown fuse must be replaced by same type fuse.
5.2. Audio connections
All audio inputs and outputs are unbalanced. Their connection can be seen in the following figures.
Fig 3. XLR Connector
Fig 4. JACK Connector
5.3. Speaker lines connection
This equipment includes speakers' line outputs for low impedance (4-16 Ohms) and high
impedance (70-100V).
The connection must be done between COM and desired voltage/impedance terminals.
If high impedance output is used the total line load must be lower that amplifier's RMS power.
Speakers without transformer can be connected to 4-16 Ohms terminals only. Be sure that line
impedance mach with 4-16 Ohm.
NOTE: One speaker line output can be used at the same time only: 4-16 Ohms, 70 V o 100 V.
Never connect two voltage/impedance terminals at the same time. If more power is needed use the
line output connector to expand the system with other amplifiers.
