bows from a tree stand, HD mode gives a more realistic distance for use when calculating
holdover aim points.
If you hold the POWER button while in HD mode the range finder will continuously scan so you
can move around and get constant updates of the horizontal distance.
ANGLE MODE
HD
Angle mode measures the angle of projection. It is measured to the nearest tenth of a degree.
The straight line distance is shown on the upper distance readout and the angle measurement is
shown on the lower distance readout. When aiming downhill a minus symbol will appear to the
left of the angle display.
UNITS OF MEASUREMENT
The laser range finder can measure in meters or yards. To change between the two settings hold
the MODE button for 3 seconds. M = meters, Y = yards

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• The quality of the measurements strongly depends on the structure of the object, the weather
and visibility conditions. The more straight the laser beam strikes an object, the greater
distances can be measured.
• The LRF should only be repaired by a qualified professional. Do not attempt to disassemble or
repair the LRF as this will invalidate the warranty.
• Do not hold the POWER and MODE buttons together.
