2. HIDRAULIC INSTALLATION PROCEDURES.
WARNING!
The hydraulic system installation SHOULD ONLY HAS TO BE DONE A CERTIFIED
PROFESIONAL AND / OR WITH REQUESTS ACCREDITATION FOR DO IT..
Connections, checking the proper functioning and implementation must be performed by qualified
Professional for this purpose and under the laws in force.
2.1. Hydraulic assembly.
− The installation must contain all security elements as according to local regulations.
− The boiler water connections as always have to be crossed between inlet and outlet water
(G-27).
− Not directly fill the boiler of the network without checking the water inlet pressure.
− When making the filling and refilling the circuit must be taken into account the working
pressure of circuit (
− If you take a closed circuit installation, checking that the heat discharge valve is properly
connected (G-28). At the input of the circuit of heat discharge valve is advisable to place a
safety valve to a pressure limiting 3Kg.
− If installed with buffer tank, it must contain a minimum of 660 liters of water.
− The starting temperature of the circulation pump should not be below 45°C for correct
operation of the installation.
WARNING!
You should verify all installation and perform a first test, before covering the appliance.
2.2. Operating.
If the boiler is installed combined with other heating sources, all needed installation elements
such as valves, circulation pumps, etc...must be used. Optionally can be installed different kits
which simplify the installation and allow obtaining hot water by means of a heat exchanger.
3. USER'S GUIDE
ALL LOCAL REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE ONES ACCORDING TO THE NATIONAL
OREUROPEAN NORMS MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED WHEN PROCEEDING TO INSTALL
THEAPPLIANCE.
Warning: Do not operate or touch any part when the appliance is working unless using the
tool handling (A-5).
3.1. Using for the first time. For early on, and for a reasonable time, the fuel load should not
exceed 50% C.M.A. (
3.2. Fire control. To obtain the best performance, do as it follows:
Primary air inlet 20 mm open
3.2.1. Primary air inlet (G-15). It's situated at the bottom of the frame. It is basically used to light
the fire to graduate and maintain the intensity of the combustion.
3.2.2. Secondary air inlet (G-16). It is located on the top of the frame. The more closed is the
secondary air inlet, the more dirt is embedded in the glass.
3.2.3. Gate Valve - (smoke protection register).
− For model W1501 – W1502 – In these models this register is automatically activated
when you open or close the door.
− For model W1551 – W1552 - IMPORTANT: this register must be closed manually (G-11,
G-12, G-13, and G-14) when close the door.
3.3. Security distances. Furniture, objects and other flammable or fragile items (textiles,
electronics, wood, wallpaper, glass, chalk, etc.) should not be closer than 1000 mm from any
point of the appliance and either of its front.
3.4. Fire types. This appliance is intermittent. The smoke chamber must be closed except when
being loaded to avoid any smoke out fuel debris. It is convenient when loading the appliance, to
avoid any leak or smoke escape.
