Thank you for purchasing our innovative BRAUN 1-FOR-ALL-TRAVELmini bat-
tery charger for universal use.
Please read these user instructions carefully to make the correct settings for
charging your batteries and ensure proper operation of the charger!
Charger features
• Compatible for most 3.6-3.7V/7.2-7.4V Li-ion battery packs, 1-2 3.6V/3.7v
round li-ion cells (LIR123A), 1.2V NiMh/NiCd AA/AAA cells
• USB output of power adapter/car adapter and if applicable micro USB cable:
Charge batteries in mobile phones, game controllers or iPhones/iPads and
other electronic devices through the respective USB cable without having to
remove the battery.
• Compact design and easy to carry.
• Automatically detect the battery voltage, type and their +/- poles, and charge
accurately.
• Battery activation and repair function for deep discharged Li-ion batteries and
defective battery detection.
• Over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit and over-time protections
WARNINGS
1. Do not expose the charger to moisture, high air humidity or wet conditions.
2. Do not use the charger anymore after being exposed to heavy jerks, having
fallen down or being damaged in any other way.
3. Do not dismantle or repair the charger. If repair or servicing is required, ask
an expert or technical service centre.
4. Keep the charger in a cool and dry place.
5. Keep the charger out of reach of children.
6. To avoid the risk of an electric shock, unplug the power cable from the power
outlet before cleaning the charger.
7. Use the included power plug and car adapter exclusively.
8. Do not charge leaking, rusty or broken batteries.
9. Do not charge single-use cells, alkaline-manganese, zinc-chloride or zinc-
carbon batteries.
10. Li-Ion/Li-Po battery packs have more than two contacts. Only connect the
positive and negative poles with contacts of the charger, otherwise the battery
pack may become damaged.
Using the charger
Power supply is possible via the power adapter for power outlets (100-240 V),
car adapter (12 V) as well as via USB mode. You can charge 1-2 AA/AAA NiMH/
NiCd batteries or one Li-Ion battery pack.
Via power outlet:
-Connect the charger with the USB cable and power adapter.

In the car:
-Connect the charger with the USB cable and car adapter.
-Insert the car adapter into the cigarette lighter.
(Make sure that the power supply to the cigarette lighter is on. With some cars,
ignition has to be turned on.)

Via PC:
-Connect the charger with the USB cable to the USB interface of the PC.

Charging a lithium-ion battery (square type)
-Push back the movable part of the charger casing.
-Brace the battery horizontally in front of the contact plates in a way that the
battery contacts are visible.
-Move the contact plates to adjust them to the – and + contacts of the battery
(layout of – and + contacts is not important).
-Remove the battery from the charger.
