To reduce the risks associated with hazardous voltage:
• Do not operate the unit in wet area or handle the electrical plug or unit with wet hands.
• Improper installation of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electrical shock. If repair or replacement of the
plug or cord is necessary, do not connect the grounding wire to either flat blade terminal.
• Always unplug the unit when not in use and store unit in a warm dry area.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a 3M approved cord prior to further use.
To reduce the risks associated with repetitive strain:
• Avoid using spray equipment continuously without taking occasional breaks.
To reduce the risks associated with sharp components:
• Always follow user instructions for replacing and handling of all sharp needle components.
To reduce the risks associated with noise:
• Wear ear protection if using the turbine unit for an extended period of time.
To reduce the risks associated with lifting and handling:
• Always follow good lifting and handling practices when moving system components.
To reduce the risks associated with tripping, falling and tipping:
• Route air hoses and any extension cords away from traffic areas, sharp edges, moving parts and hot surfaces.
Do not pull on air hoses to move the turbine unit.
To reduce the risks associated with sharp point:
• Do not touch the end of the air hose connection coil relief spring.
To reduce the risks associated with hot surfaces:
• Do not touch the hot turbine air outlet nozzle.
To reduce the risks associated with environmental contamination:
• Spray materials, solvents, other cleaning materials and electronic components must be disposed of per federal,
state and local regulations.
