4. INSTRUCTIONS
The machine...
• should always be tested on the following points before start operate: Take your position
before the steering wheel and position both hands on the handle. Push with your right or
left thumb on the topmost of the driving switch and push it gently forwards. The unit starts
moving forwards. Let go of the switch. Push with your thumb on the bottom of the driving
switch and the unit will move towards you (backwards).Let the Movexx move towards you
and don't move yourself. Drive until the red emergency button touches your chest. The
Movexx stops now and as a result it immediately drives away from you for approximately 10
cm. Push on the (optional) horn button and control if the horn is working. If the above men-
tioned functions are working well, than the Movexx is ready for use. In any case of malfuncti-
oning, please request the technical service to check the Movexx before use.

• may only be used in its original construction state and controlled as described in this ma-

• may only be used as push/pull machine, as these objects are attached to this machine with
a hook.
• may move trolleys on a flat surface in a pulling position or pushing position
• may only move trolleys on an up-hill slope in the pushing position (if there is
a brake on the machine)
• may only move trolleys on a down-hill slope in the pushing position (if there
is a brake on the machine)
• may only be used when the operating arm is positioned as described in
chapter 4. e
• may not be loaded with more weight than is permitted within your company
and also not more heavier loaded than is safe

Adjusting Tiller-Head and Hook......
The Tiller-Head contains a knee joint. You will be able to adjust the stance of the Tiller-Head by
pulling the pin that is holding it in place at the knee joint.
Stay in front of the red/emergency-button and control the heights regards to your body. Ad-
just the arm, so that when the swivel castor wheels on the Movexx are on the ground, the red/
emergency-button should be approximately on the height of the hips.
To store the Movexx in a transport box or in the back of the truck, or in a confined space, the
Tiller-Head can be fold up or down.
