Do only use appropriate screws and make sure that the screws are properly connected with the ground.
Before taking into operation for the first time, the installation has to be approved by an expert!
Procedure:
Step 1: Unscrew the screws on top of the ball.
Step 2: Remove the ball from the housing cover.
Step 3: Unscrew the hexagon nuts with washer on the housing cover. If needed, you have to hold the
screws on the bottom of the housing with a cross screwdriver in order to loosen the nuts.
Step 4: Carefully remove the housing cover from the baseplate.
Step 5: Hold the baseplate onto the location where the B-10 is to be installed.
Step 6: Mark the boreholes with a pen or a suitable tool.
Step 7: Drill the holes with a 6-mm drill and use 6-mm dowels.
Step 8: Make sure that the counter-nuts of the baseplate-screws are fixed.
Step 9: Hold the baseplate in the desired position and tighten it with 4-mm screws.
Step 10: Make sure that you connected the earthing.
Step 11: Replace the housing cover onto the baseplate and tighten the nuts.
Connection with the mains
Connect the device to the mains with the power-plug.
The occupation of the connection-cables is as follows:

The earth has to be connected!
OPERATION
With the POWER-switch, you can switch the device on and off, and the B-10 starts running. The lamps begin
to burn and the ball starts rotating.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The operator has to make sure that safety-relating and machine-technical installations are inspected by an
expert after every four years in the course of an acceptance test.

skilled person once a year.
The following points have to be considered during the inspection:
1) All screws used for installing the devices or parts of the device have to be tighly connected and must not
be corroded.
2) There must not be any deformations on housings, fixations and installation spots (ceiling, suspension,
trussing).
3) The electric power supply cables must not show any damages, material fatigue (e.g. porous cables) or
sediments. Further instructions depending on the installation spot and usage have to be adhered by a
skilled installer and any safety problems have to be removed.
