First Section - FOR THE USER
MACHINE SETTING
- Turn on the power by means of the wall switch;
- Turn switch "A" (fig.2) to position I (START UP);
- The display "D" turns on and the tank loading starts until the first level, at which the machine is ready for washing,
rinsing, and drying (on the display you'll see "Start Program 1") ( see board 1 for the programs).
WORKING AND USE
WASHING OF VEGETABLES IN LEAVES

Strip and choose carefully vegetables.
Put vegetables in leaves into the basket with
large meshes (kg 2,5-3 max), place the basket and
concerning locked cover, inside the machine and
close shutter.
Attention! Use latex gloves for food use when
handling vegetables.
WARNING!
vegetables is made of stainless steel.
Before to carry out whatever washing operation,
check that the basket is intact in all its parts.
Handle the basket with care and avoid strikes
during its movement.
We suggest to replace the basket with a new one at
least once a year or if there are cracks on its
surface.
WARNING!
to the opening and closing of the door of the
Vegetable-washers.
Do not use the machine if you are wearing
clothes/items that could get entangles in the
dishwasher parts. As they can limit personnel's
regular moving ability!
(Machine does not work with open shutter, and it
stops when shutter is opened).

Choose the program number using the buttons
"E" and "G" (+ -).
Choose among the programs 1 , 3 , 5 , 6 , 8 (those
provided with drying) according to the type of
vegetables and the degree of dirt which has to be
washed (see board 1 for the programs).

If there isn't any program which satisfies your needs,
you can modify the programs 1÷9 or personalize
program number "10" (see the parameter purposely
made for programming the times).
It is possibile however to modify the existing standard
programs . In order to change
the preselected washing (2 minutes) and drying (30
secondi) times you can see the chapter about
programming.
