1.- Remove the wrapping before using the electrical appliance. Do not discard the wrapping
until you have checked that the blender is working correctly.
2.- Make sure that the bread makeris placed on a flat, dry surface. Avoid contact with areas of
excessive heat. Check that the connection cable and the power point are in perfect
condition.
3.- Have all the necessary ingredients available before starting the unit. For quantities and
baking times you can follow some of the recipes attached at the end of this manual
4.- Use different cooking times depending on the quality and size of the loaves to be baked.
For this reason the baking times shown in the table should be taken only as approximations.
With practice, you will have enough experience to know how long your bread needs to be
baked.
5.- Before starting with the ingredients, ensure that the kneading blade is properly fitted inside
the baking pan.
6.- Pour the ingredients into the baking pan, liquids first and then flour. Add the yeast in the
centre of the flour (yeast should never come into contact with water, oil, butter or salt) .
DO NOT MIX, THE MACHINE WILL DO THAT FOR YOU.
Fill the automatic dispenser with seeds and/or nuts as required.
7.- Place the pan in its receptacle in the main body, turn 30 degrees clockwise to fix its position.
Close the lid.
8.- Selecting baking type and time;
a) When you switch on the machine, the display will show MENU type 1, TIMER
03:25 and MEDIUM colour type - these are the default values.
b) Press the MENU button to select the type of bread to bake.
1 BASIC: Basic white bread, hard outer crust, well-baked, fluffy crumb.
2 WHITE RAPID: White bread with barely any crust, well-baked with fluffy crumb.
3 WHOLE WHEAT: Whole-wheat bread, hard outer crust, well-baked and fluffy
crumb.
4 WHOLE WHEAT RAPID: Whole-wheat bread, with barely any crust, well-baked
and fluffy whole crumb.
5 FRENCH: Similar to BASIC, and with a more toasted, crisper crust.
6 SWEET: Special option for making bread or cakes with fruit, nuts or seeds.
7 SUPER RAPID: High speed baking, especially recommended for small
quantities.
8 GLUTEN FREE: Especially for people who want to make bread without gluten
(celiac problems or gluten allergies).
9 DOUGH: For making dough, not suitable for direct consumption, but which can
be used for pizzas, pies, pastries.
10 PASTA DOUGH: Kneaded for 14 min to obtain an even dough that can be used
to make bread and other foods.
11 JAM: For homemade jam preparation.
12 BAKE: Extra baking time of 60-90 minutes, can be set using the TIMER
UP/DOWN buttons.
13 CAKE: Making cakes, cookis and other desserts.
