schedule a technical visit. If there is a need to remove the product from
the customer's premises, all expenses incurred for the transport and safety
of the product to and from the company will be the responsibility of the
customer..
4. This warranty shall be rendered null and void under the following circums-
tances: (a) the defect was caused by the customer or third parties unknown
to the manufacturer; (b) the product was damaged due to accidents or
from natural causes (lightning, floods, building collapse, etc.), humidity,
electrical surges (overloads caused by accidents or excessive fluctuations
in the power grid), installation and/or use not in accordance with the
User's Manual or due to normal wear and tear of materials, parts and
components; (c) the product was exposed to chemicals, electrical or elec-
tromagnetic charges, or animals (insects, etc.); (d) the serial number of the
product has been changed or tampered with; or (e) if the equipment was
opened by anyone other than an authorized service center representative.
Under the terms of this Warranty, Intelbras may, at its discretion, change
general, technical and aesthetic features of its products without prior notice.
The manufacturing process of this product is not covered by Intelbras' envi-
ronmental management system.
