REPLACING THE LAMP TUBES
Note: Do not replace the fluorescent tubes only with tubes expressly recommended
by the manufacturer.
In the event that the fluorescent tubes are defective or have expired, the two tubes can
be replaced. To do this, proceed as follows:
• Disconnect the plug from the socket before replacing and allow the unit to cool
down.
• Do not remove any parts or screws other than those shown below.

When inserting the tube, following these instructions in reverse order.
Slacken the retaining screws on the
back using a screwdriver, lay the
apparatus on its back and remove
the screen.
Note: The four brackets on the
front of the screen will become
loose when the screws are
slackened. Take care not to lose
them, or the screen cannot be
refitted correctly.
Cut the cable ties and bend the
tube's two transparent retaining
clips by pulling them gently
upwards.
Note: Cable ties are used for
transport protection only.
Carefully pull the tube up over
the housing rim (1) and out of the
housing, then sideways out of the
frame (2).
