USING THE HOISTING KIT:
Our hoisting kit makes it possible to easily raise and unhook a victim using its 4:1 reduction ratio. This compact kit can be installed even if the space
between the victim and the anchoring is limited. This hoisting kit is easy and fast to set up thanks to a top/bottom identification of the pulleys and
clamps, avoiding any risk of installation in the wrong direction.
When using this hoisting kit, be sure to:
• ALWAYS use it plumb/in the axis of the evacuation system. None of the elements (clamps, pulleys, or ropes) should rub
against a surface or sharp edge,
• that the rope is properly positioned in the pulleys, there should not be any overlapping of rope in the pulleys.
During use, make sure of the proper positioning of the components in relation to one another, there should not be any
overlapping of rope in the pulleys.
IMPORTANT: Make sure of the proper positioning of the clamps on the ropes, so that the slack is automatically taken up on the
descender. Otherwise, there is a risk of a fall if you let up on the hoist.
