Grease sliding seats of blocks placed under platforms and on bases;
•
Lift fixing to the ground with 8 anchor bolts (min. recommended size ø = 16 mm);
•
Clean all parts of the machine;
•
Connections as per diagrams;
•
Lift grounding;
•
Operation of the following devices:
- top position limit switch
- bottom position limit switch
- P1 levelling travel limit
- P2 levelling travel limit
•
Proper oil level in the tank;
•
No leakage and blow-by;
•
Cylinder operation.
Carry out two or three complete cycles of lowering and lifting and check:
the lift for reaching its maximum height;
the max height limit switch for proper operation;
the lowering limit switch for proper operation;
leveling limit switches for proper operation (both the platforms should lower simulta-
neously);
the horn/signaling light for proper operation during the final travel.
WARNING: please follow carefully the instructions in the coming
paragraph for avoiding damages on the lift.
Repeat checks provided for by 7.9.1 section with the vehicle loaded;
In this case some irregularities can occur; so considering that all adjustments shown are
factory-made, the following can be carried out as an exception:
