Problem
The device cannot be switched on.

Multiple luminous or black points (pixels)
are visible on the screen of the device.
Possible cause
Check to ensure the correct polarity of the
batteries in the container.
Check whether the eyepiece and lens are
appropriately adjusted. Ensure that the
lenses are not bloomed or dirty.
The presence of such pixels is due to the
manufacturing process used to create the
matrix.
Solution
Check to ensure the batteries are not flat.
Switch the device off and then on again.
Either replace the batteries or ensure they
are inserted correctly.
Carefully clean the lenses with a soft and
lint-free cleaning cloth (e.g. microfiber)
This is not a defect.
