Torque control (VariTorque)

- output torque will increase as clutch ring is rotated from 1 to 8; position (1) will lock up the clutch to

permit drilling or driving heavy duty work

- when turning in a screw, first try VariTorque position 1 and increase until the desired depth has been

reached

! while working, always hold the tool at the black-coloured grip area(s)

- keep ventilation slots uncovered

- do not apply too much pressure on the tool; let the tool do the work for you

CLEANING AND MAINTENENCE

ADD OIL IN IT OF TEN. The drill is a speed working tool. The lubrication grease is volatlilized easily so the

grease in reduction case and bearing must often be kept clean and add or change it anytime needed.

CHECKING AND MATNTENANCEONITFREQUENTLY. The drill should be checked, repaired day to day and

see whether the power wire, the plug and the switch work well or not. Pay attention to everything such as

whether the insulation resistance works normally, the handle is flexible, the inverter and brushes are well

contacted, the armature winding and the stator winding are in short circuit or broken circuit, and the

bearing, the other moving parts are damaged, etc.

EACH PART SHOULD BE WELL KEPT AND WHEN YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE PART. USING THE SAME ONES

When the drill needs taking apart and checking, do keep each part including insulation liner and casing pipe.

If they are damaged you must change the new one and the same one. Be sure not to use the substiution

materials which is worse than one ne used and the part which does not agree with the standard. When

fixing, you must put the parts in their proper position as usual and should not omit any of them.

BE CAREFUL OF THE INSULATION RESISTANC The drill not be used for long or to have been used in damp

condition must be tested in its vinding of the insulation resistance with a 500 milion ohm meter. If the

winding and iron center is less than 2 milion ohms, you must drying treatment to the winding until more
