Problem
Display does not illuminate/
is weak / Control unit will not
turn on
Intensity output is low / no
stimulation is occurring
Electrode pads (AVAILABLE
SEPARATELY) are not adher-
ing to the skin

Solution
Recharge the batteries
Confirm that the belt snaps are firmly
connected to the control unit.
Battery power is low, recharge the battery.
Device may not be applied properly; ensure
the pads are making complete contact with
the skin.
Electrode pad (AVAILABLE SEPARATELY)
may be dirty; clean and attempt again.
Review the 'Caring for Electrode Pads'
section of this manual; pads may need to
be replaced
