Daily
General inspection of the correct over-
all condition of the interior cleaner (op-
erator).
Check that the connection thread of the
interior cleaner is tightly seated (opera-
tor).
Check whether all screws are fastened
tightly (operator).
Check nozzles for tight seating (opera-
tor).
Check that the protective bar (accesso-
ry) is tightly seated (operator).
Check that the fall protection eye (ac-
cessory) is tightly seated (operator).
Monthly or after 200 operating hours
Rinse out the filter (operator).
Every 300 operating hours
Check the friction bearing of the water
turbine, replace if necessary (Customer
Service).
Every 500 operating hours
Check the friction bearing of the spray
rotor, replace if necessary (Customer
Service).
Every 500 operating hours, at least
every six months
Applies only under ATEX conditions:
Check the ball bearings and replace if
these are free of grease/dry or do not
run smoothly (Customer Service).
Every 1000 operating hours, at least
annually

Rinse out the filter
Rinse out the interior cleaner with water.
Turn the interior cleaner over and allow
the water to drain out.
Perform a visual inspection and repeat
the procedure if necessary.
