With boththe humidifier and remotecontrol OFF,
Pressthe I/Obuttonon the remote control o nce.
Thisturns the humidifier ON and enablesthe
remotecontrolto operateall the functionsofthe
humidifier.

ExternalCon!rol)
Press the respectivehumidityandFanSpeed
buttonsto adjustthe settingson the remote,just
as you wouldthe actualhumidifier.
The default settingfortemperaturereadoutis
Fahrenheit(F). Ifyou preferdegreesCelsius(C),
pressth_ 1/Obuttononemoretimetousethat unit
of measure.
Pressingthe I/Obuttononemoretimewill brn
both theRemoteControlandtheHumidifierOFF.
Ifthe Humidifier is a]readyon andoperatingwhen the I/O buttonon the remoteis pressed,
commandof the humidifiertransfersto the Remote,andrevertsto the settingslast usedwiththe
remote.Youcan readjust t he settingsas desired•
Ifthe controlson the humidifierare usedwhilethe RemoteControlis in command,controlwill
revertto the humidifier,ahdthe settingswill revertto thoselastusedon the humidifier control
- panel•Theremotecontrolwill remainon untilturnedoff.
