InSTruMenT Panel
6.1 Introduction
The Thermostatic Control Panel must be used as intended by LAMBORGHINI which is not responsible for any damage caused to people, animals
or property due to incorrect installation, adjustment, maintenance and improper use.
aTTenTIon
• The Thermo EBM Panel must be installed by qualified personnel or by a LAMBORGHINI Authorized Technical Service in compliance with the
Technical Standards and current national and local regulations.
• Also the safety, installation, maintenance and operating instructions given in this manual must be followed.
ProHIBITIon
• IT IS FORBIDDEN for children or unassisted disabled persons to use, make adjustments or carry out maintenance (if required) on the
unit.
6.2 description of panel
The Thermostatic Control Panel is a boiler thermal controller, equipped with:
• Boiler feed switch;
• Burner ignition switch;
• Circulating pump activation switch;
• Safety thermostat test button (chimney sweep function);
• Safety thermostat reset button;
• Digital thermometer with indication of delivery temperature;
• LED lamps for indicating operation status;
• Manual reset safety thermostat (110°C)
• Adjustable working thermostats (burner 1st and 2nd flame).
There are also thermostat capillaries, a probe for measuring the boiler temperature, and a prewired power supply cable.
For the generation of heat, this panel can manage hot water boilers equipped with single-stage, two-stage and modulating burners (the
latter with burner modulation regulator).
6.3 conformity
The Thermostatic Control Panel complies with:
• Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU
• Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU
• Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2, restriction on hazardous substances)
6.4 Supply and identification
The Thermostatic Control Panel comes in a cardboard box. It
can be identified:
•
by the label with description and bar code on the packing
•
by the Data Plate on the enclosure.
noTe
The Boiler Safety Thermostat (TS1), the boiler delivery Probe
B1 (NTC 10 kΩ), the burner first flame Control Thermostat (TR1)
and the burner second flame Control Thermostat (TR2) are al-
ready installed in the Thermostatic Control Panel.
After removing the packing, check the integrity and complete-
ness of the supply and in case of non-compliance, contact
LAMBORGHINI or the Dealer LAMBORGHINI that sold the Panel.
