1. INTRODUCTION
IMPORTANT! All local regulations, including those
that make reference to national or European
standards, have to be met when you install the
appliance.
The manner of installing the EQHR-70S stove will
have a decisive influence on its safety and proper
operation.
It is very important to install it properly.
For the installation of your stove and chimney to be
done properly, it is advisable to allow it to be done
by a professional.
2.- PRESENTATION
The main characteristics of the EQHR-70S flush
mounted stove are:
Made out of cast iron
Primary air control valve located by the ash pan.
Control valve lever.
Removable dual baffle. (Easy accessibility for
cleaning the chimney).
Removable stove grill and ash pan.
There is an accessory to connect an air intake
from the outside.

3. INSTALLATION
The way the BUILT-IN FIREPLACE EQH is
installed will decisively affect safety issues and how
it works.
It is important to install the fireplace correctly.
In order to ensure it has been installed correctly, it
should be installed by a professional.
A.- Assembly
In order to install the Built-in Fireplace EQH, a
chimney ("draw") must be installed using suitable
metal pipes and must extend at least 1 metre above
the highest part of the roof.
If a built-in chimney already exists, the said
chimney must be connected to the Cast Iron
Fireplace by means of a joint and perfected
connected to the smoke outlet on the device. (See
Fig.-2)
It is essential to seal the joints between chimney
sections. (See Fig.-6, Pag. 31)
It is advisable to install grilles at the top of the hood
and at the bottom of the lining to allow hot air to
circulate for two main reasons:
- provide extra hot air to the room.
- avoid possible cracks in the lining.
EQUATION provides 25x20 and 50x20 cm.
