The model/rating plate, located on the bottom surface of the cooktop, shows the model number
and serial number of your cooktop. This is information you will need if your cooktop should
ever need service. Below you will find the rating plate.
As a handy reference, copy the information from the model/rating plate in space provided below.
Also keep your invoice. The invoice as well as the information listed below will be required for
warranty validation.
