means of the button
The user can, at any time, try to rearm the
converter by keeping pushing the button
(Restart)
9. Anti-lock function
In the case that, for any reason, the pump remains
stopped for 24 consecutive hours the frequency
converter will start the motor of the pump for
approximately 5 seconds (anti-lock function). In
the case of power failure the frequency converter
will automatically rearm when the power supply
returns.
10. Parameters to check when
starting up the unit
Making the electrical connections respecting the
schemes reported in the previously paragraphs
and supply tension to the frequency converter.
On the control panel will light up the green led
"Power on" and the red led of the button
In all displays will appear blinking dashes for the
time needed by the frequency converter for the
set-up.
At the end of the set-up on the displays will appear
the factory value for current and pressure:
- CURRENT 1.5 A
- SET POINT PRESSURE 3.0 bar
- RESTART PRESSURE 1.5 bar,
the display "CURRENT" will start blinking and the
yellow leds will light up.
10.1 Setting of the motor current

Check the current value on the motor plate of the
pump. Press the button

11. Plant starting
After the value insertion press the button
(green led lighted) to start the system.
For the three-phase motors check the sense of
rotation: press for a few seconds the button
(Restart) till the motor will start. To invert the sense
of rotation swap the cables of the motor or of the
frequency converter.
When the pump works on the display CURRENT
will appear the real current absorption value.
It is possible to change the pressure values even
while the pump is running. Press the button
before change the motor current absorption on the
CURRENT display.
