SPECIAL START/STOP NOTE
When operating the Dehydrator, if the START/STOP Button is pressed while
the Dehydrator is in the middle of a cycle, the heating element and the timer
for the unit will turn off, but the fan will continue to run for 1 minute. This is
normal, and occurs to help cool the heating element and prevent overheating.
The temperature will continue to display on the Dehydrator until POWER ON/
OFF Button is pressed.
