· Motor is broken.
· If the circuit sends the correct voltage
to the controller, then the motor must
be broken. Replace the motor.
8. Toaster cannot be stopped.
· The switch is locked.
· Verify if the switch disconnects the
heating element. It should switch from
0 to 230V. If not replace the switch.
9. The unit overheats.
· The ventilation fan is broken.
· Check if the ventilator works. Replace
the ventilator.
· The ventilation entry is Esther blocked or
near a heat source
· Verify the ventilator entry is not
blocked and make sure it is not
sucking air from a nearby heat source.
10. Belt is noisy.
· The chain stay are badly adjusted.
· Using an allen key readjust the Caín
stay.
· Belt is broken / deformed
· Replace the belt.
11. Toast produce smoke or ignite.
· Belt speed is too small.
· Increase the belt speed. Remember it is
not advisable to put a product more
than once thought the toaster.
· You are using a coated product.
· Coated products should not be used.
