TROUBLESHOOTING

Before making repairs, please read the following content carefully to fix common problems.
STATUS
Low suction
Filter is clogged.
Abnormal heating
Dust cup is clogged.
Filter is clogged, automatically turning
power to LOW to prevent overheating.
Blinking operation light,
Depending on the operation mode,
low suction
the humidity of the room, and the
environment, the operation light may
flash and decrease the power.
Not running, but dust sensor is on
Sensor is coated in dust.
Running, but dust sensor is off
Significantly lower suction.
Plug is not inserted into the outlet
correctly.
Stop operating
"Protection mode" has been activated
to prevent overheating.
Hot air not heating
Room temperature is too low.
Protection Mode:
If you continue to use product without emptying the dust cup and cleaning the filter, protection mode will
activate to prevent overheating of the motor. The operation light blinks even if the power is turned on.
The vacuum motor will temporarily shut down.
Solution:
1.
Turn off the vacuum. Unplug from the outlet.
2.
Empty the dust cup and clean the filters.
3.
Place in a cool location.
After about an hour, protection mode will be unlocked and product can be used again.
