When moving the scaffolding, no
materials and no person or persons
should be on it.
The area in which the scaffolding is erected and
used must be free of any obstacles and other
persons.
Leaning out over the side protection
or bracing oneself against the side
protection is not permitted.
Attaching and using lifting equip-
ment and devices is not permitted.
Movement of tools and materials is
only permitted via the access open-
ings provided on the scaffolding, i.e.
through the opened access hatch.
Climbing may only be carried out on
the inside of the scaffolding ladder
frame.
When positioning the scaffolding take into account
risk of collision with the scaffolding e.g. from
pedestrians, vehicles or doors.
Secure doors (not fire exits) and windows where
possible in the work area.
The height of the working platform
is not to be increased by using
ladders, boxes or other devices or
equipment.
Jumping on the working platform is
not permitted.
Attaching bridging elements bet-
ween the scaffolding and a building
is not permitted.
Scaffolding shall never be moved from the top.
Do not step off the side of scaffolding onto
another surface.
Make sure that the joints are locked.
The scaffolding must only be used
with the cross bars installed.
Do not use the scaffolding if you
are not fit enough. Certain medical
conditions or medication, alcohol or
drug abuse could make scaffolding
use unsafe.
Do not wear unsuitable footwear
when climbing a scaffolding.
Do not modify the scaffolding design.
Ensure the scaffolding is suitable for the task.
Do not use the scaffolding if contaminated,
e.g. with wet paint, mud, oil or snow.
The scaffolding is
intended exclusively for
domestic use.
Any commercial use is
strictly forbidden.
