Product description and performance characteristics:
®
Actico
UlcerSys is a medical compression stocking system used to treat lower leg ulcers. The set
includes an overstocking and two liners which are used as donning aids to make it easier to pull
the overstocking on and off. The compression stocking system exerts a contact pressure of about
40 mmHg in the ankle area (average compression).
The set is available in two colour combinations – sand/white and black/sand.
®
The Actico
UlcerSys liner (refill pack) is part of the Actico
However, the liner can also be used alone if only light compression (10-14 mmHg) is required. If
you are unable to don the compression stocking (overstocking) for physical reasons, a maximum of
2-3 understockings can be worn over each other to create the necessary pressure.
The refill pack (containing 3 liners) is available separately in either white or sand.
