1 - OVERVIEW

The column espas20 is a system for the complete control of entries in an automated
espas20 car park facility.
It can be combined with other espas20 stations for the automation of accesses (up to a
maximum of 8 entries and 3 exits).
The column is fitted with:
- frontal opening for easy inspection
- sheet steel casing with protective electrophoretic and polyester coating
- thermal printing of fanfold tickets. Holds 4000 fanfold tickets (not supplied).
- RFID 125KHz proximity card reader for operator users
- LCD 20x2 display for service information
- scanner barcode 2d reader (optional)
- pushbutton for intercom emergency call
(intercom system is an optional feature)
Deneb control card is provided by the manufacturer with standard settings.
Any variation must be made using the joystick and the Deneb card display following the
instructions given in this document.
The main characteristics of Deneb control card are:
- LDC removable display 16 characters and joystick to program all column
functions
- R.T.C. (Real Time Clock)
- flash memory for the memorization of operating configuration
- operator's card management
- Molex connectors for a rapid and safe wiring
- inputs and outputs for any connection to the electromechanical barrier
