MATERIAL
POLES
Metal:
We use a variety of metal compounds which are resistant to corrosion, wear and vandalism. Hot-galvanised steel and powder
coating.
PANELS
ECOPLAY:
HDPE produced with recycled material. High-density polyethylene characterised by its resistance to chemical abrasives and
unaffected by corrosion as it is a polymer. Due to its light, elastic nature, it offers high resistance to impact, making it very difficult to break.
The colour uniformity of the whole structure grants a continuous and homogenous finish. Its synthetic base prevents the appearance of
bacteria, fungus and lichen.
FLOOR
Phenol:
Birch plywood overlaid with a phenol lm on both sides. The top side has a rough wire mesh to ensure the anti-slip surface. The
wire mesh surface has high wear resistance and anti-slip properties, surface is weather- and water-proof, resists to commonly used chemi-
cals. In addition, the product is environmentally friendly. The phenol lm is hot-pressed onto the surface and is composed of a basic paper
which is impregnated with phenol resin. The UV resistant lm is impregnated with special thermosetting mixture of polymers containing
resins.
Metallic Parts:
Steel S-235, AISI-304 or AISI-316, zinc and lacquered stee and anodized aluminium EN AW-6063.
Fixings:
Steel conforming to 8.8 DIN267, AISI-304 or AISI-316.
-None of these materials needs a special treatment for its disposal.
MAINTENANCE
Every week:
carry out a visual check on the general state of the element to make sure there are no breakages or damages to endanger
users.
Every month:
check that the floors of the towers are free from breakages and faults. Check that the netting is tight and not frayed.Make
sure that the net and bridge ropes are in an optimal state. Check that there are no dangerous scrapes or scratches on the polyethylene
panels. Ensure that the safety bars are all present and in place. Remove any splinters which may appear on the arms and wooden fittings.
Ensure that the element is as structurally stable as when it was new. Check the state of all the screws, bolts and their protection. Check
the covers. Please check out the ground type (rubber tiles, continuous rubber flooring, sand, grass)
Every year:
make sure there is no deformation of the polyethylene. Inspect the arms, supports and wooden fittings to make sure they
have no structural faults and are not twisted to one side or distorted. Make sure to double check that all bridge nuts and bolts are fully
tightened. Also check all welding parts from security and descent bars. Check the status of all concrete works too.
- For a very severe use of the equipment should increase inspection / maintenance.

Sliding:
