DECLARATION OF USE
MULTICVIL II system is designed to drive 2 to 32
multi spindle machine.
It consists of several CVIL II S modules
according to the number of connected tools
and a CVIL II M module to provide the interface
between the PLC, the PC and the slave
modules.
Although it is possible to connect any tool of
the range, portable and fixture tools (ER; ERA;
EME), this equipment is mainly dedicated to
fixture tools.
The CVI II M is the system intelligence: it fully
controls the tightening sequence, centralises the
controls and controls the CVIL II S modules.
The CVIL II M module doesn't drive any tool.
No other use permitted.

instructions listed below may result
in electric shock, fire and/or serious

Electrical safety

Earthing connection
WARNING: this power tool must be
earthed.
They must be installed and grounded in
accordance with all relevant codes and
ordinances.
Never remove the grounding prong or modify the
plug in any way.
Do not use any adaptor plugs.
Check with a qualified electrician if you are
in doubt as to whether the outlet is properly
grounded.
If the tools should electrically malfunction
or break down, grounding provides a low
resistance path to carry electricity away from
user.
The controller has a thermal protection and
a protection by means of over current and
differential circuit breaker.
Never replace the circuit breaker by a
model of higher value.
Never replace the circuit breaker by
short-circuit.

Differential circuit breaker
The controller is equipped with a differential
circuit breaker to protect the operator from
electric shock.
A differential circuit breaker in the power supply
to the controller detects any insulation defect
between the phases of the network and the
earth and immediately cuts off the power supply.
