Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.

Mounting / dismounting / setting-up of
some elements is the same for all power
tool models, in this case specific models
are not indicated in the illustration.
Mounting / replacement of cutting disc (see fig. 1-5)
After mounting of cutting disc, make a
trial run before commencing operation -
start the power tool and let it work in idle
mode for not less than 30 seconds. The
operation of cutting disc with radial or axial run-
out and causing increased vibration of the power
tool is strictly forbidden.
After prolonged operation, the cutting
disc can become very hot, remove it
using gloves. This will also reduce the
risk of injury by the cutting edge.
• Mount power tool on the side end of the motor as
shown in fig. 1.
• Holding the external flange 9 by means of the
flange wrench 18, unscrew the bolt 10 by the socket
wrench 19� Remove the bolt 10� Attention: the bolt 10
has left hand threading.
• Remove from the spindle 21: the external
flange 9, the cutting disc 13, the internal flange 22 (see
fig. 2).
• Clean fastening elements with the help of a soft
brush and mount to the spindle 21: the internal
flange 22, the cutting disc 13, the external flange 9�
