When installing the gearmotor it is necessary to observe the measurements given in Fig. 5
(relative to the space to leave between the pinion's teeth and the bottom of the rack and the
height of the pinion's axis with respect to the gearmotor base). Figure 7 indicates the space that
has to be left between the pinion and the edge of the gate when the rack is fixed to it.
The other measurement is the space between the pinion and the gearmotor base NOT
considering the foundation counter plate. Figure 9 is a view showing the slide fixed to the rack,
indicating the space to be left between each component. Figure 6 shows a section where, with a
dotted line, the slide is indicated that must be fixed to the rack with two self-tapping screws,
observing the measurements given. The slide must be installed just above the teeth of the rack
so, at the end, there is a gap of about 8 mm.
In Fig. 8 there is a view with a section of the pinion and rack with the relative measurements to be
observed.
The foundation counter plate is
used to keep the gearmotor off
the floor.
Figure 3 gives the dimensions of
the foundation counter plate used
for both the F10 and F15
versions.
In Figure 4, relative to the
excavation for fixing the counter
plate, note that the heads of the
securing screws must be buried
in the concrete so as to keep the
motor firmly anchored to the
counter plate.

dimensiones de la contraplaca
de cimentación usada para el
modelo F10 y F15.
Nótese en la Fig. 4, relativa al
pozo para la sujeción de la
contraplaca, que las cabezas de
los tornillos de sujeción tienen
que estar sumergidas en el
hormigón para mantener bien
sujeto el motor a la contraplaca.
