OPERATION
NOTE: Operation is restricted to qualified person-
nel.
1. Turn the ON/OFF switch (1) to ON.
2. Turn the TEMPERATURE CONTROL knob (2)
to set the desired cooking temperature.
3. Press and hold the arrow keys on the COOK
TIME CONTROL (3) to set the desired cook
time.
NOTE: If the oven will not start after several at-
tempts contact a qualified installer.

OVEN SHUT DOWN
1. Turn the ON/OFF switch (1) to OFF. The fans
will continue to run until the oven cools down.
