Fitting mechanical components
Additional customer drill holes on the fastening flange
The shaded places on the fastening flange are areas in which additonal drill holes
can be made on the free−wheels FLSM (Fig. 4) and FLSR (Fig. 5), such as for receiv
ing centring pins.

To fasten the driver on the output−drive shaft (only for FLSM−6/8), do the
following:
1. With pliers, pull the driver from the free−wheel (Fig. 6). Alternatively, you can
put on the DSM output−drive shaft and tilt it.
2. Push the driver onto the output−drive shaft up to the stop (Fig. 7).
3. Screw the set screw (SW 1.5) vertically into the threads on the flattening of the
output−drive (Fig. 8). Tightening torque 1 Nm.
4. If needed, secure the set screw against undesired loosening with Loctite 243
(Fig. 9).
